Hey Gorgeous,
Here is how to transform any casual plaid shirt into a huge fashion statement! I started with a plain plaid shirt, added some black skinnies, a chunky statement necklace, some black heeled booties, sunnies, and a finished off with a structured bag. The real essential in pulling off this outfit is the attitude, I know, I know, sounds cheesy, but it is very true! Strut the streets in your revamped plaid outfit with confidence! Hey Gorgeous,
Last Saturday I had the opportunity to go watch the Columbus Fashion Week Finale, and let me just tell you that it was amazing! It was super inspiring to see some really talented designers' finished pieces. For my outfit, I wore black Helmut Lang pants with a black leather top, and a white blazer on top. Pulling together the top portion with a long gold chain necklace that matched the zippers on the jacket. For shoes, I wore my black chunky heels, and completed the look with a Chanel cross body bag. Hey Gorgeous,
Halloween is coming around the corner and you don't wanna be stuck costume-less this year! Last year during the winter I painted my face for an art project, (that's why there is snow on the ground in the pictures). I just wanted to post these pictures as inspiration for your halloween costume! I know this isn't necessarily a 'cute' makeup idea, but if you do decide to go with something skeletal here are some ideas! To create this look I used black and white face paint that I picked up from a local halloween store, and to make some parts more opaque I used black and white eyeshadow overtop the face paint. Don't worry we will have some more 'cute' costume and makeup tutorials coming up, so this isn't all! Aspire to be Inspired.

Hey Gorgeous,
A trend that came back from the dead is going around and it is the midi skirt. I just had to have one, but decided that I wanted to try and make one before going out and buying one. I had this beautiful cherry print fabric that my grandma gave me, (she got it from the fabric district in New York) and could not wait to use it! since the cherry print is already sorta retro looking, I thought it would be perfect for this kind of skirt. It is hard to see in the pictures, but over the cherry fabric I sewed on a layer of tulle to give it more texture and dimension. The tulle is cut shorter than the cherry fabric to contrast the different fabrics. I paired it with a white button down shirt, black patent leather pointed heels, a vintage gold necklace, and a bright red bag to pull everything together. This is one of my most favorite outfits I have ever put together, it makes me feel so feminine and sassy! Aspire to be Inspired.
