Hey Gorgeous,

I wore this outfit to Red, White, & Boom downtown Columbus for the annual fireworks show. Usually, I would dress up a bit nicer, because my grandma has a place with the most amazing view of the sky. Instead, this year I went down into the park accompanied by my friends and a TON of other people. So, because I was going to be sitting in the grass on a picnic blanket for most of the night i decided to go with a more casual outfit. I love this fringe top that I got from a little boutique in California, it's perfect for Summer's hot and humid weather. I paid it with my favorite black high waisted shorts from Zara. I HIGHLY recommend having a classic pair of black high waisted shorts, just because they are totally in right now, but also because there are so many ways you can wear them. Personally, I love high waisted shorts with crop tops, but also with normal shirts as well, simply because they hold everything in especially after a big meal (which I eat quite often during the summer.) I'm not going to lie... I own about 5 pairs of high rise shorts in different colors and patterns, so I'm not lying when I say they're my absolute favorite. Here are a few pairs of shorts I could definitely see myself wearing. Here, perfect black pair here, light pink pair, denim lace up shorts. Aspire to be Inspired.
