I recently picked up this lip gloss from the Sephora at the Beverly Center in California. I was super skeptical on wether it really worked or not and wanted to try it out to see if it is worth the 28 dollar price tag! (ridiculous, I know.) So this product comes in the 'normal' lip injection lipgloss, but no... I had to go all the way and get the extreme version. I mean... If you're going to be buying a lip plumping lip gloss you want to get the biggest lips you can possibly get so picking the extreme version over the normal wasn't a hard decision for me.
I already have quite plump lips to begin with so maybe that is why the results weren't as drastic as I would've assumed them to be. For me this lipgloss is not a repurchase item, but sure is fun to wear! One thing I LOVE, is that the 'plumping' ingredients in this gloss turned my lips a nice pinky-red shade. I liked this a lot, because naturally my lips are almost the same color as my skin and kinda blend in with the rest of my face, so I'll be wearing this on days where I don't want to wear lipstick but still want my lips to be visible. While I didn't notice a HUGE difference in the size of my lips, I have to admit that they did become a tad larger, so anyone looking for that little bit of a difference this product is definitely for you.
I can see myself definitely finishing this lipgloss, but I probably won't be dropping thirty dollars to get another. Watch the video below to see the application process as well as the difference between my natural lips and the gloss coated lips. Aspire to be Inspired.
